This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This Writ Application involves the following relief:- "The Advertisement No.1588/OSSC dated 18.4.2017 under Annexure-6 be quashed and the respondents be further directed to regularize the services of the applicants against the post of Soil Conservation Extension Worker and the consequential service and financial benefits be extended in favour of the applicants within a reasonable period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

During course of hearing Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioners confined his prayer only regularization of the petitioners. In advancing further submission Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioners referring to the communication of the Commissioner-cum-Director, Watershed Mission, Odisha dated 28.09.2016 & communicated dated 2.8.2018 issued by the Director, Soil Conservation and Watershed Development, Odisha, Bhubanesswar, sought for assistance of the said communication to the case of the Petitioners.

Considering the submission of Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court finds, even though the present application is filed in the year 2019, there is no counter affidavit

as of now. To avoid any further wastage of time, this Court disposes of writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the request of the Petitioners only on regularization aspect and take a lawful decision in the matter keeping in view the development through the communications made by the Commissioner-cum-Director, Watershed Mission, Odisha dated 28.09.2016 and communication dated 2.8.2018 of the Director, Soil Conservation and Watershed Development, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Application by the Petitioners.

The WPC (OAC) stands disposed of with the above order. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
