The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the final gradation list of MPHW (M) dated 02.07.2018 under Annexure-6.

It appears that the petitioners have not made the persons against whom they claimed the relief as parties to the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition suffers from non-joinder of proper parties.
