This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to clear up the arrear dues of the petitioner consequent upon fixation of his pay in terms of ORSP Rules, 2008, the benefit of ORSP Rules, 2018 with effect from 01.01.2016 and other benefits such an annual increment 2008 onwards, medical leave reimbursement for the period March-April, 2017, monthly salary for the month of January 2019 and arrear salary from 04.03.2010 to 31.08.2010 by deducting the subsistence allowance within a stipulated time. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
