Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to give him promotion to the post of Senior Clerk w.e.f. 13.06.2018 and fix his seniority on the basis of Gradation List and give him all consequential financial and service benefits accrued out of the same. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by opposite party no.3-CDPO, Bijetala ICDS Project to opposite party no.2-Collector & District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj, vide Annexure-8 dated 11.10.2018 and, therefore, direction may be given to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to
take a decision on the recommendation made by opposite party no.3 under Annexure-8 dated 11.10.2018, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
