This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.32203 of 2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner could not file representation as directed by this Court in Paragraph-6 of the order due to personal inconvenience. 4.
Considering such submission, the Interlocutory Application is disposed of by giving two weeks further time to the Petitioner from today to file representation which shall be considered by the Opposite Party No.1 within eight weeks thereafter.

Rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
