This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to correct the name of the Opposite Party No.4 as "Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Bhubaneswar, At/P.O./Dist.-Khurda" instead of "Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Puri, At/P.O./Dist.-Puri" in the cause title of the writ petition as well as in the order dated 06.12.2022. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the prayer is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the Opposite Party No.4 in the cause title of the writ petition in Court today.

In view of such correction, the order dated 06.12.2022 stands modified to the extent that wherever the name of Opposite Party No.4 is reflected as "Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Puri, At/P.O./Dist.- Puri", the same be read as "Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Bhubaneswar, At/P.O./Dist.-Khurda".

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
