This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " quash the impugned order, dated 27.1.2018 as at Annexure-5 in so far as the contractual promotion and consolidated pay is concerned and thereby direct the Respondents to treat the applicants as regular promotes to the post of V.L.W along with regular scale of pay attached to the post of V.L.W (redesignated as Panchayat Executive Officer (P.E.O) w.e.f 27.1.2018 i.e. on the date the applicants were promoted to the aforesaid post."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law and taking into account Anexure-6 within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
