1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Even though the present writ Petition was filed challenging the order of suspension and non-payment of subsistence allowance, but it is submitted that in the meantime the Petitioner has retired from his service on attaining the age of superannuation.

4. It is also submitted that due to non-submission of the LPC after his reinstatement, the Petitioner has been deprived to get some financial benefit. Taking into account such submission of Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, permits the Petitioner to make any such application before the O.P. No. 2 claiming extension of the benefit as due to him.
