Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jajpur-opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
