Heard Mr. D.K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. D.K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners, who were working as V.L.Ws, have filed this writ petition claiming pension. It is contended that similar question had come up for consideration before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in Khetramohan Naik v. State of Odisha (O.A. No.4394(C) of 2010 & batch, disposed of on 17.02.2016). Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider their case in terms of the said order.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 17.02.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.4394(C) of 2010 & batch (Khetramohan Naik v.
State of Odisha).
