The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 18.11.2022 under Annexure-2.

Since there is availability of alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if notice of eviction has been issued to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to assail the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
