This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the TATA Motors Finance Limited, Sundargarh-Opposite Party No.2 to release his vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-09-G9173 (Truck), which has been seized due to non-payment of loan dues.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that this Court vide order dated 13th October, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.25684 of 2022 has already issued the aforesaid direction subject to compliance of certain conditions.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Parties are not responding to the Petitioner for compliance of the order.

In view of the above, a subsequent writ petition is not maintainable, as an order granting the prayer made in the writ petition has already been passed in the earlier writ petition. 6.
