Mr. Badajena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks compensation on damage to his house by super cyclone 'Fani. Representation dated 27th October, 2020 was made to opposite party no.3.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly considered.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.3 with copy of representation dated 27th October, 2020 (part of annexure-1) along with this order. Said opposite party will deal with the representation
