Instant I.A. is filed for extension of period for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the direction in CRLMC No.3706 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Berhampur, Ganjam on or before 6th February, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No.128 of 2021 arising out of Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.83 of 2021 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 12th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3706 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
