2. None appears for the Petitioners in spite of revised call.
3. Considering the prayer made in the writ Petition, the Petitioners are permitted to make individual representation before O.P. No. 1. It is observed that if such representation is filed within a period of three (3) weeks hence, the said Opp. Party shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result thereof within that time.
