1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 03.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 5.7.2019 directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. The matter was not taken up/pursued after 5.7.2019.
5. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
6. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the grievance raised in the writ petition/O.A., submits that the challenge was to the advertisement dated 23.2.2019 for selection to the post of Contract Teacher Trained Graduate (CBZ) and nothing would survive at present after lapse of three years. It is further submitted that in any event, advertisement dated 23.2.2019 was for contractual engagement and, therefore, nothing would survive for adjudication at present.
7. Having heard learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days.
