It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OA) No. 515 of 2019 (Pitambar Malik and others v. State of Orissa), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 29.09.2022. 4.
