The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.91 of 2017 corresponding to C.T.(S) Case No.16 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athamallik, for alleged commission of offence under Section -302/449/363/364/394/201/34 of the IPC, in filling this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of his prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and the role said to have been played by this Petitioner as also the manner of commission of the offence as those emerge from the materials on record, further keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences alleged to have been committed; finding no changing circumstances, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
