With reference to record in order dated 24th December, 2021, Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, he has instruction by writing dated 13th February, 2022. He hands up copy of the instruction. 2.

Following from the instruction is reproduced below. "It is therefore requested that the Hon'ble High Court, Orissa, Cuttack may kindly be appraised of the facts accordingly to allow 04 weeks' time after the completion of procedure of the election of PRIs, 2022 i.e. after 28.02.2022 so that the election procedure of Havildar and Sepoy Branch Association of OSAP 4th Bn, Rourkela will be completed smoothly."

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there be direction for the election to be held within reasonable time.
