This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Party.

The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.279 of 2022, corresponding to G.R.(GN) Case No.524 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Grama Nayadhikari, Puri, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 452/427/323/307/354/294/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Keeping in view the submission of the parties, the nature of allegations, the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, while this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves an application for bail before the Court in seisin over the matter within a period of three weeks from today in the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just

// 2 // and proper by the said court with further conditions that he shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned; shall appear before the I.O. as and when required; shall not threaten or intimidate the Informant party in any manner whatsoever and shall cooperate with the investigation. In case the injury is found grievous, this order shall not be given effect to.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
