The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 18th October, 2016 (Annexure-4) passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj in OLR Appeal No. 9 of 2011. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order impugned herein is revisable one. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy.

Considering the submission made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of Annexure-4 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
