Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction of this Court to the opposite parties to give legal assistance to him.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the District Legal Services Authority, Bhadrak for legal assistance. In the event, the petitioner approaches, the District Legal Services Authority shall consider the case of the petitioner as per
