01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"In view of the facts stated above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s):

(i) To admit this original application, (ii) To direct the Respondents to upgrade the posts of the applicants from CT post to TGT post, (iii) To direct the Respondents to pay the TGT scale of pay the principle of equal pay for equal work in favour of the applicants."

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt

// 2 // of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioners.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
