Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to Sub-Registrar, Baliguda-Opposite Party No.3 to allow him to present the sale deed in respect of the land fell to the share of the Petitioner in OLR Case No.10 of 2004 initiated under Section 19(1)(c) of the OLR Act.

In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13016 of 2018 and W.A. No.70 of 2019, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
