This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Party.

This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 147/148/149/294/341/506 of the I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.

Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Dhenkanal P.S. Case No.560 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1344 of 2022, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal within a period of two weeks' hence
// 2 // and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) each besides the other conditions and shall not indulge in similar or any criminal activities while on bail. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioners automatically.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
