The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner under OCS (RA) Rules. However the document under Annexure-9 reveals that the petitioner has made an appeal to the opposite party no.1 on 06.02.2017, which is pending decision. 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 06.02.2017 if the same is still pending consideration, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
