This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.585 of 2015 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

On perusal of the order sheet annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-2 series, it appears that since 21st November, 2017 parties are not cooperating with the Court to proceed with the matter. 4.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.

However, it is observed that parties may cooperate with the Family Court for early disposal of C.P. No. 585 of 2015. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
