This is the second round of litigation. In the first round of Order No.

litigation in disposal of W.P.(C) No.14074 of 2019, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directed the competent Authority to consider the case of the Petitioner. In the process, from Page-83 of the Brief, it appears, the Petitioner was called to attend a discussion in the Mini conference Hall of the Commissioner, CMC, Cuttack. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing the Writ Petition complains, even after argument is completed pursuant to the above notice on the date fixed, there is no result coming out. 3.

Considering this grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition simply observing that in the event there is no final outcome involving the discussion on 3.10.2019 in terms of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.14074 of 2019, the Secretary, CMC, Cuttack is directed to finalise the issue involving
