1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 04.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that though the matter was presented on 2.7.2019 and once listed on 5.7.2019, it was not taken up for admission till it is listed today before this Court.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present.
5. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that considering the nature of grievance, i.e., challenge to the advertisement dated 23.2.2019 for recruitment for the post of contractual trained graduate teachers in Govt. Secondary Schools of the State of Odisha, 2019, nothing would survive for adjudication after three and half years of the said advertisement.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of for lack of instruction from the petitioner granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
