The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction issued under Annexure-2 issued by the opposite party no.3. 4.

Since the Petitioner has come up challenging the notice of eviction, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised.
