This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this contempt petition alleges noncompliance of the order dated 13th July, 2021 by which W.P.(C) No.18921 of 2021 was disposed of.

This Court while disposing of W.P.(C) No.18921 of 2021 directed as under:

"5. Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition with a direction that in the event the Petitioners file an authenticated copy of this order within a period of two weeks hence before Opposite Party No.1Commissioner, Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack, he shall do well to take up RC No.447 of 2015 and make an endeavour for early disposal of the same, preferably within a period of four months therefrom giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment."

Alleging non-compliance of such order, this contempt petition has been filed.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that upon receipt of the order of this Court, the matter was taken up on 13th December, 2021 on which date hearing was concluded and the matter was posted to 18th May, 2022 for delivery of orders. It is his submission that the order has already been delivered Yesterday, i.e. on 18th May, 2022. A copy of the said order is also produced by Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel in Court today, which is taken on record. 6.

In view of the submission made by Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, the CONTC is dropped. (K.R. Mohapatra) bks Judge
