This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the successive journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Padmapur P.S. Case No.11 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.15 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur for offence punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused, it is seen that the prayer for bail of this Petitioner was last rejected by the Trial Court on 04.08.2021. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective and disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
