The Petitioner being in custody in connection with NCB Case No.06/ NCB/ BBSR of 2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No.347 of 2021 on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-District Judge, Khurda, running for commission of offence under Section8(c) read with section 18(b)/25/28/29 of the NDPS Act, has filed this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the NCB.

Taking into account the submissions made; further keeping in view the role played said to have been played by the Petitioner as also other surrounding circumstances as those emanate from the materials on record; at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
