This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to issue certified copy of order dated 7th July, 2021 passed by Additional Sub-Collector-cum-Charge Officer, Puri-Konark Marine Road, Puri-Opposite Party No.2 in suo motu Appeal Case No.219 of 2018 and the appeal memo of the said suo motu appeal to him.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC, on instruction submits that the certified copy of order dated 7th July, 2021 passed in suo motu Appeal Case No.219 of 2018 has been supplied to the Petitioner on 25th January, 2022 and the same has been received by him personally. However, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the Petitioner has received certified copy of the order dated 7th July, 2021 but the copy of the appeal memo of the said suo motu Appeal Case No.219 of 2018 was not supplied to the Petitioner.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh application to Opposite Party No.2 to issue him certified copy of appeal memo in suo motu Appeal Case No.219 of 2018 within a period of two weeks hence and on receipt of the said application, certified copy of suo motu Appeal Case No.219 of 2018 shall be supplied to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks threfrom on compliance of deficiency, if any in the copy application. 5.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

After issuance of certified copy of this order, the record of this writ petition shall be tagged to W.P.(C) No.4839 of 2022 for reference.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
