This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed by the Opposite Parties seeking modification of order dated 30.11.2022.

Mr. Moharana, learned CGC is submitted that I.G., CRPF is the competent authority under Rule 5(2) of Central Civil (Temporary) Service Rule, 1965. Therefore, it was prayed for that in place of "D.I.G., CRPF, under Rule 28 CRPF Rule" the words "I.G., CRPF, under Rule 5(2) of Central Civil (Temporary) Service Rule, 1965" be substituted.

Accordingly, in line-3 of para-3 of the order dated 30.11.2022 "D.I.G., CRPF, under Rule 28 CRPF Rule" be substituted by "I.G., CRPF, under Rule 5(2) of Central Civil (Temporary) Service Rule, 1965" & in line-5 & 6 of para-3 the word "D.I.G., CRPF" be substituted by "I.G., CRPF".

In view of the aforesaid modification of the time as stipulated in order dated 30.11.2022 stands extended by a further period of three

In view of the above order, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to add I.G., CRPF, Nuapalli, Bhubaneswar as Opposite Party No.3, let the correction be carried out in Court today in the cause title as well as in the writ application.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge Anil
