The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- Order No.

"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue the writ of Mandamus or any other writ/writs or direction or directions to the Opposite Party No.1 to sanction and disbursement of the subside benefits under Matsya Pokhari Yojana (MPY) towards pisciculture purpose with all financial and consequential benefits within a stipulated time limit." 2.

Considering the grievance on the issue of benefit through Matsya Pokhari Yojana, this Court finds through series of Annexure that there has been certain development on the claim of the Petitioner. Through Annexure-4, there was calling for a report from one of the Competent Authorities. Considering the grievance of the Petitioner that there is delay in finalizing such issue, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the O.Ps. to consider the issue
