Mr. H.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner by taking this Court through the grounds as stated in Paragraph 14 and 15 of the CRLMC submits that since neither it was discussed nor observed in the impugned order by the learned trial Court as to the access of the Petitioner with O.P. No. 1 immediate 280 days before the birth of the child and, thereby, the impugned order is otherwise bad in the eye of law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration the averments taken in the CRLMC, issue notice to OPs as well as in the I.A. by Registered
