Instant I.A. is filed by the petitioner for extension of time for him to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's order dated 23rd December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3715 of 2022 on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication lapse, the Court's order dared 23rd December, 2022 could not be intimated to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below within time as he was directed and hence, extension is sought for. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender complying the Court's order.

Mr. Rout, learned AGA for the State opposite parties submits that the time to surrender has long expired. 5.
For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 6.
Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack on or before 30th November, 2023 in connection with S.T. Case No. 285 of 2019 arising out of Kandarpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 in compliance of the Court's directions issued in CRLMC No. 3715 of 2022. 7.
The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 8.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
