This is an application for correction/modification of the order dated 30th November, 2022 by which the CMP was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-2 and 4 of the order dated 30th November, 2022 instead of mentioning "C.S. No.32 of 2022", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "C.S. No.10 of 2021", which needs correction. 4.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 30th November, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
