This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for issuance of mutated R.O.R. pursuant to the direction made by the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur in Mutation Case No.140 of 1989.

Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to inaction of the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur in issuing R.O.R, in favour of the Petitioner, she has filed Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 before the Tahasildar, Jagasinghpur for implementation of the order passed in Mutation Case No.140 of 1989. But, the same is not being taken up for consideration. It is his submission that interest of justice will be best served, if the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur takes early decision in Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, on instruction, submits that Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 is posted today for hearing before the Tahasildar,

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision in Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 stated to be pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
