CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
01.12.2022 01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
Petitioner has a serious allegation through the Writ Petition that even though Petitioner extended a complain under Section 26 of the Odisha Gram Panchayat Act for initiating the Grama Panchayat Election case on the file of the Collector, Jajpur, he has declined to receive the same. Without entering into any such controversy and as this Court finds, there is no scope even accepting a Section 26 of the Odisha Grama Panchayat Act. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event there is retendering of such application to the Collector, Jajpur. The Collector, Jajpur shall accept the same and do the needful. There is no expression on merit involving the disputed involved.
