This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 20.12.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title as well as in the body of the bail application, the Court name has been inadvertently mentioned as 8S.D.J.M., Champua9 instead of 8J.M.F.C., Barbil9 and the same may be corrected accordingly. She further submitted that the case is of Joda police station and therefore in the operative part of the order dated 20.12.2022 in place of IIC, Kantabania police station, the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the IIC, Joda police station.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State has no objection on the same.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.12.2022 is modified and in the 3rd sub-paragraph of the order, the name of the Court shall be read as 8J.M.F.C., Barbil9 in place of 8S.D.J.M., Champua9 and in the 5th sub-paragraph, the 8Kantabania9 police station shall be read as 8Joda9 police station.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 20.12.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
