Without expressing any opinion, this matter stands disposed of directing O.P. 3 to consider the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 and take lawful decision thereon within a period of fifteen days form the date of communication of this order. However, decision will be taken by O.P.3 subject to the Petitioner's filing an undertaking along with copy of this order to complete the construction part with the price already offered by him and without involvement of any escalation.
