This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this contempt application alleges noncompliance of the order dated 20th July, 2021, whereby this Court while disposing of W.P.(C) No.20242 of 2021 directed Opposite Party to pay Rs.15,000/- per month as pendente lite maintenance to the Petitioner and to pay litigation expenses of Rs.30,000/-. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party has also filed a petition to execute the said order. Considering the said application, learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur has struck off the pleadings of the Opposite Party in C.P. No.519 of 2019. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application.

Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may pursue her remedy in accordance with law.
