This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:- "It is therefore prayed that in the facts and under the circumstances of the matter this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased;
1. To admit the Writ Petition.
2. To direct the Opp. Parties to disburse the arrear gratuity, leave surrender and other financial benefits.
3. To pass any other alternative relief as deemed fit and just by this Hon'ble Court."

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all
// 2 // the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of two months from the date of filing such representation. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 b communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
