The petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to the opposite parties to dispose of his representation by which he has prayed for reinstatement in service and approval of her appointment against the 1st post of Lecturer in History of S.D. Women's Higher Secondary School, Berhampur. 4.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court claiming the benefits under Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act and Rules framed thereunder, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if she is so advised.
