L.A. Misc. Case No.47 of 2017 vide Annexure- 2 is stated to be pending before the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Kalahandi - Opp. Party No.2 since 2017 and more than four years have been elapsed in the meantime. 4.

Regard being had to the facts and submission and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Kalahandi -

Opp. Party No.2, to dispose of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case No.47 of 2017, in accordance with law, within a period of two quarters from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order or true soft copy available in the Orissa High Court's website, by passing a reasoned order. After disposal of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case, requisite payment shall be made in favour of the petitioner, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of disposal of the L.A. Misc. Case.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to Opp. Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure- 2. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022.
