This is an application for modification of order dated 24.01.2022 passed in BLAPL No.10761 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made and on going through averments taken in the Petition, that the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 24.01.2022 passed in BLAPL No.10761 of 2021 is hereby substituted by the following:- "2.

The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Larambha P.S. Case No.137 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.673 of 2021, on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, running for the alleged commission of offence under section-394 of the IPC, has filed application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C., for his release on bail in the above mentioned case." The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
