Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 14th December, 2022 in CRLMC No.3727 of 2022.

For the reasons stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of the learned Nyayadhikari Gram Nyayalaya, Brahmagiri on or before 17th February, 2023 in connection with GRGN Case No.46 of 2021 in compliance of the order dated 14th December, 2022 of this Court in CRLMC No.3727 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
