The Petitioner alleged that the application extended by her is being refused orally by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Major Settlement, Cuttack, Opposite Party No. 2.

This Court however without entering into such complaint at this stage disposes of the matter with direction that in the event the Petitioner extends the application under the appropriate provision of law, Opposite Party No. 2 may accept the same, entertain the application and dispose of the same with involvement of the Petitioner in accordance with law.
